2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes.

3. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability.

4. Payment

We accept payment via PayFast (EFT, Credit Card, SnapScan, and other methods). All payments are processed securely through PayFast's payment gateway.

5. Shipping

We ship within South Africa. Free shipping on orders over R500. Standard shipping is R75. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

7. Authenticity

All fragrances sold are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product.
